I'm Christina Gdisis, your guide on this transformative journey. With a deep-rooted connection to mindful living, I've worn various hats—Vegan Lifestyle Coach, Vegan Chef, and Certified Yoga and Meditation Facilitator. Yet, at the core of it all, I'm a passionate advocate for conscious living.

Over the years, I've delved into the realms of veganism, Ayurveda, and the wisdom of my Greek ancestors. Today, I'm excited to share the essence of these ancient traditions with you and guide you through a 10-day program that harmonizes with the rhythms of autumn and conscious living.

We kick off our journey with an enriching online gathering. Here, we'll delve into the essence of conscious veganism tailored specifically to the autumn season. We'll explore practices to carry with you over the next 10 days, guiding you on this transformative path. Our gathering includes a soothing guided meditation to ground us in the present moment and a sharing circle where we can connect and share our intentions.

Days 1-10: Daily Emails

Throughout the heart of the program, you'll receive daily emails, each centered around a unique theme. These emails are your personal guides, providing you with a daily self-care practice that aligns with the autumn season's energy. You'll also receive a journey prompt to deepen your connection with yourself and nature, as well as a suggested recipe inspired by seasonal whole foods.
