This is our third and final gathering of the founding cohort of The Conscious Table - a free, three-month virtual dinner bookclub built around food, ancestry, and the rhythms of a life well lived.

Over the past two months we've traveled through the world's longest-living communities and sat with the intelligence of the plant world.
