Day 1:
Arrive in the Mani Peninsula, enjoy a yin yoga class, followed by a welcome dinner prepared by me and my mother.
Day 2:
Visit the picturesque town of Aeropoli and the ancient village of Vathia. Explore the market and enjoy a traditional lunch with a Yiayia (depending on availability).
Day 3:
Learn traditional Greek plant-based recipes with me and my mother, then relax at the beach with free time to reflect.
Day 4:
Tour the ancient olive groves at Eumelia Farm, indulge in an olive oil tasting, and enjoy a farm-to-table meal.
Day 5:
Hike through ancient pathways, have a beachside picnic, and experience a sound bath. Closing circle.

Day 6:
Enjoy a light breakfast before departing the villa.

Nestled in the rugged beauty of the Mani Peninsula, our retreat home is a lovingly restored stone house, designed in the traditional style of Mani architecture. Thoughtfully renovated, this serene oasis blends rustic charm with modern comfort, creating a peaceful space to relax, rejuvenate, and reconnect with nature.

Apartment 1: A spacious open-plan living room and fully equipped kitchen, ideal for gathering or preparing meals together. It has two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds) and two bathrooms—one with a bathtub and washing machine, the other with a shower.

Christina Gdisis
Founder of Conscious Vegan Kitchen, Christina is a passionate advocate for mindful, compassionate living. Born and raised in Queens, New York, as the granddaughter of Greek immigrant farmers, Christina’s love for food blossomed in her grandmother’s kitchen, where she learned to cook with love and intention. As a Vegan Lifestyle Coach, Chef, and Certified Yoga and Meditation Facilitator, Christina blends Greek ancestral wisdom, Ayurveda, and conscious cooking to guide others on a journey toward spiritual and physical nourishment. This retreat is a heartfelt invitation to reconnect—to the land, to culture, and to a vibrant, rooted version of yourself.

Maria grew up on a small farm in the mountainous region of Sterea Ellada, central Greece, where the rhythms of the land shaped her deeply. Raised by farmer parents, she learned the profound connection between food, culture, and love. At 10 years old, she immigrated to New York, but Greece remains her heart’s home. Maria is thrilled to share her heritage, traditions, and love with you. Through her meals and stories, you’ll experience the beauty and warmth of the land she cherishes.
