Founder of Conscious Vegan Kitchen
I’m Christina—Vegan Lifestyle Coach, chef, and Certified Yoga & Meditation Facilitator. But before any of those titles, I’m the granddaughter of Greek immigrant farmers who raised me on the rhythms of the land, the power of tradition, and the sacredness of a home-cooked meal.
My relationship with food hasn’t always been mindful. Like many of us, I once felt disconnected—from my body, from nature, from the ancestral wisdom that lived in my blood but had gotten buried beneath modern noise. Coming back to the kitchen, the garden, and the seasons helped me come home to myself.
I started Conscious Vegan Kitchen to create space for others to do the same.
Here, food is never just about recipes—it’s about remembrance. A slow return to ritual. A gentle awakening of the senses. A way back into the body and the earth.
When I’m not testing a vegan version of one of my grandmother’s Greek dishes or guiding a seasonal cooking class, you’ll find me walking with my dog Louka, sipping mountain tea, or watching the olive trees sway in the Mani breeze.
