Welcome to my holistic vegan cooking class where we will be exploring the flavors and techniques of plant-based cooking! In this class, we will be focusing on creating a delicious and nourishing meal using fresh ingredients and traditional Mediterranean-inspired recipes.
We will begin by learning how to make Vegan Shakshuka, a hearty and savory dish that is perfect for any meal of the day. Using a combination of diced tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, and spices, we will create a flavorful base for our dish. We will then add in tofu to create a plant-based version of the traditional egg dish. This vegan shakshuka is both satisfying and wholesome, making it a great addition to any vegan meal plan.
