About the Event

Kicking off part two of the Vegan Greek Cuisine Series with another insightful and delicious 90 minute cooking class. This time we're making Pastisio and Melizanosalata.

Pastisio is a dish specific to the land of Greece. It's a Greek style  lasagna layered with noodles, minced meat, and bechamel. Traditionally made with animal products like beef, butter and milk, you'll learn how to replace these staple ingredients with compassionate plant based ones.

Then we'll be adding a little side to this dish to snack on beforehand (or anytime) - melizanosalata. This a Greek Style eggplant dip that is naturally vegan. Swirled together with rich olive oil, fresh parsley and much more!
