Plant Based Cooking Classes, Upstate NY & Greece Retreats, and Dinner Bookclub
A few real ways to cook, gather, and stay close to a Greek table: twice-yearly classes, small retreats in Greece and Hudson Valley, and a seasonal bookclub built around actual conversation.

SEASONAL VEGAN COOKING CLASSES & ON-DEMAND LIBRARY
Whole-food, seasonal cooking, the way our ancestors actually ate.
Two live classes a year: one to open the holidays, one to kick off summer. Both are built the way food has always been built in a Greek kitchen - around whatever the season actually offers, whole ingredients, and nothing processed standing in for what a vegetable or a grain can already do on its own.

THE DINNER BOOKCLUB
A season of reading, cooking, and gathering around the women who carried this before us.
Each season we read one book together, and each of us brings a veganized version of a recipe connected to it. The books change, but the thread underneath them doesn't: the women who kept a table going, who passed down what they knew without ever calling it a lesson. One book, one live conversation a month, and a table shaped by whatever world we've just spent a month living inside.
GREEK CULINARY RETREAT & UPSTATE NEW YORK RETREATS
Small-group culinary retreats in Greece and the Hudson Valley, New York.
A small week in Greece, capped at five guests: cooking, market trips, an olive farm, and one long table by the end of it.

Closer to home, a New York retreat in the Hudson Valley built around the same thing—hands-on cooking, a local farm, real rest, with easy day trips into the nearby Catskill mountains for anyone who wants them.
