Led in real time by Christina Gdisis, founder of Conscious Vegan Kitchen, these classes weave together plant-based cooking, ancestral Mediterranean and Ayurvedic wisdom, and the rhythm of the seasons. You'll cook vibrant, nourishing meals using simple whole-food ingredients while connecting with a like-hearted online community from kitchens around the world.
Each class is intentionally designed to support you in slowing down and reconnecting—with the land, your plate, and yourself. Through stories, techniques, and ritual, you’ll begin to build a deeper relationship with your food and your kitchen as a place of healing.

Live & Interactive on Zoom
Each session is hosted live via Zoom and runs about 2 to 2.5 hours. You’ll cook alongside Christina and fellow guests in a relaxed, welcoming environment—no rush, no pressure.

You’ll receive a beautifully designed digital recipe booklet in advance so you can shop, prep your veggies, and arrive ready to dive in.

Seasonal Recipes, Rooted in Ancestral Wisdom
