About the Event

Golden squash, caramelized onions, and the last hazelnuts of the season remind us: the table is where autumn lingers longest.


On this November afternoon, we’ll gather for a live vegan holiday cooking class to prepare a plant-based ThanksLiving feast that honors the harvest, nourishes the body, and celebrates the joy of seasonal eating.


We’ll cook together in rhythm with the season, allowing food to become a ritual of connection, grounding, and gratitude.


Together we’ll cook:

  • Maple-Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Hazelnuts & Citrus Zest A bright, balancing side to complement any holiday spread.

  • Butternut Squash & Caramelized Onion Galette (with Herbed Cashew Cream) Rustic and abundant — a centerpiece that feels both comforting and celebratory.
