About the Event

Step by step we'll be making a delicious vegan breakfast power bowl together using meditation techniques that you can utilize in the kitchen. The tools you receive from this class are ones that you can carry with you into any dish you create in your own sacred kitchen.

This dish is filled with Sweet Potato Hash, Vegan Bacon, Brussel Sprouts, Sautéed Spinach, Homemade Chili Oil, Avocado, Vegan Cheese, and optional Scrambled Vegan Eggs. Wholesome, nutritious, and everything you need to be plant powered throughout the day.

I'm excited to close out the first month of the new year with a practice I hold so close to my heart. A practice that allows us to reconnect to our bodies and Mama Earth's abundance, within a safe container and with my guidance as certified yoga and meditation teacher.
