4 fingers of fresh raw ginger (peeled)

1/2 tablespoon cayenne pepper (powder)

2 lemon (squeezed)

1 apple (peeled)

2 cups filtered water


  • Prep and measure out your spices and fruits

  • Place all ingredients into a vitamix and blend thoroughly

There are two options to serve:

  • If you want to remove the pulp, use a strainer. Place strainer over a jar or bowl and pour the blended mixture into the strainer. Use a spoon to stir around until all the liquid is released from the pulp.

  • Pour the mixture into a jar and serve as is. There are added benefits to ingesting the pulp. For example, lemon pulp offers soluble fiber that improves digestive health.

Pour 2 ounces into a cup or store in large glass mason jars or shot jars!
