Seasonal Reset: Reflections at September’s Turning Point

Hi Friend,

September 30th always feels like a hinge in the year. Summer has slipped away, autumn has arrived in full, and I notice myself craving rhythm - a steadier pace in my days, grounding foods on my table, and rituals that remind me to slow down.

For me, this is what a seasonal reset looks like. Not a dramatic overhaul, but a pause to notice:

  • What foods are supporting me right now, and which ones are leaving me feeling heavy or unsettled?

  • How can I shape my meals so they reflect what the season is asking of me - warmth, grounding, balance?

  • Where can I invite a little ritual — lighting a candle, sipping tea, journaling while soup simmers - so my kitchen becomes a place of nourishment, not just duty?

This is the work I love most: guiding others to find their own reset. In my coaching, we sit with these very questions. We listen together - to your body, your rhythms, the season itself - and from there, craft simple, sustainable practices that meet you where you are.

Next week, I’ll be opening up 3 free coaching spots so a few of you can experience this more intimately. I’ll share the details then, but for now, I invite you to take a quiet moment today and ask yourself:

What part of me is ready to reset this season?

With warmth,

Christina
