This 10-day, self-paced exploration is designed to guide you through the autumn transition with daily practices, recipes, and reflections that nourish both body and spirit. Rooted in the wisdom of Ayurveda, Greek Blue Zone traditions, and conscious vegan living, AERA offers a way of moving through autumn that feels grounding, spacious, and deeply connected to Mama Earth. What You’ll Experience: - Daily Guidance: Each day brings you a theme, seasonal self-care practices, reflection prompts, and nourishing recipes to help you align with autumn’s rhythms. - Recorded Gatherings: Two previously live sessions where we explore balance in the autumn/winter season through conversation, meditation, and mindful practices.
