Seasonal Kitchen Coaching (Online)
Seasonal, plant‑forward coaching rooted in ancient and ancestral wisdom and everyday ease.
Return to a kitchen rhythm that feels good.
Come back to meals that meet you where you are - simple, seasonal, satisfying. If dinner keeps landing late or the kitchen feels louder than your life, this is where it softens.
A small imagining
The week begins with a list that feels like a thicket: meetings, school pick‑ups, the dog’s muddy paws. By late afternoon, hunger knocks but you’re still at your desk. You open the fridge and the noise in your head gets loud - too many choices, not enough time.
On Sunday we set something different in motion. Ten quiet minutes: rinse the cannellini beans, wash the bundle of chard, roast a tray of vegetables while the kettle hums. You squeeze a lemon into a small jar with olive oil and salt. The jar sits on the top shelf like a promise.
Monday, you arrive home at six with the kind of tired that settles in the shoulders. The pan warms. Olive oil sighs. Garlic softens. Beans go in with a ladle of water; the lemon dressing brightens everything it touches. You tear the chard right into the steam and watch it go silky. It’s simple and somehow generous. You eat at the table, not the laptop.
Wednesday, you’re late. The roasted tray waits without complaint. You tip it into a pot with a handful of orzo and a splash of the cooking water you’d saved in a mug. A few herbs—the ones you meant to use last week - wake up under the heat. Dinner lands before seven. There’s time to step outside while the dog sniffs the last light from the sycamore.
By Friday, the fridge is quieter. You don’t have to think so hard. Two frameworks carry the week - beans with greens, roasted‑tray‑with‑orzo—and the tiny Sunday ritual keeps the wheels from squeaking.
You start recognizing your own appetite again: bright, clean, satisfied.
This is the shape we build together: small moves, seasonal ingredients, a kitchen that gives back more than it takes.
Nothing rigid. Just rhythm.

A note from Christina
You don’t need another “reset.”
You don’t need to figure it all out alone.
What you need might just be a slower way forward—one that reconnects you to the land, your roots, your intuition, and the joy of feeding yourself well.
If you're ready to make your kitchen a sacred, nourishing space again, I'm here.
Let’s find your rhythm together.
